3rd Annual SRR DAYS

May 26 from 11 AM – 3 PM

Santa Rita Ranch is tied to a story as big as the great state of Texas. There are Italian nuns, cowboys and enough black gold to swell an education trust. But the one thing that ties it all together is the Santa Rita Rose, which blessed Sant Rita, Patron Saint of the Impossible. This same rose blessed a gushing oil well whose “Texas Tea” poured millions into the Permanent University Fund.

Our history was founded on education,  so we’ve made it our promise to build a brighter future, helping students lead, grow, and serve. As an important pillar of our Ranch Code,  we always   take pride in our work (Ranch Code No. 4)  and our commitment to education.

At our 3rd annual Santa Rita Day event on May 26th, we will be presenting our 3rd check from our Learn From The Land Education Fund to Georgetown and Liberty Hill ISD. Each district will receive a $10,000, check. That’s $20,000 towards excellence in education from Santa Rita Ranch in 2018.

Our community developer and builders donate $1,000 into our Learn From The Land  fund for students on The Ranch. That will be $6 million towards an A+ education at Santa Rita Ranch.

Santa Rita Days, is also about having fun along the way. The celebration of our story and commitment to education ends with a big splash down the Big and Lil’ Dip as Santa Rita Day marks the annual opening weekend of the water slides.
